One-time mowing: $42-$52 for small yards (1,000-5,000 sq ft), $55-$65 for medium (6,000-10,000 sq ft), $71-$91 for large (12,000-20,000 sq ft). Save 10% with recurring weekly/biweekly service! Example: 5,000 sq ft lawn = $47/visit on recurring plan.
Every mowing includes: grass cutting to healthy height, string trimming (edges & around trees), edging (crisp lines on driveways/sidewalks), and clipping clearance (we mulch clippings to nourish your lawn). NOT included unless requested: bagging clippings, leaf removal, pet waste cleanup.

We offer weekly, biweekly, or one-time service. Our Curb Appeal package includes weekly mowing in summer (June-Sept) and biweekly in spring/fall. Most customers choose biweekly service for the best balance of cost and lawn health.
Nope! As long as we can access your yard, we'll get the job done. Just make sure gates are unlocked and loose items (toys, branches, hoses) are cleared so we can work safely and efficiently.
No worries! If rain or extreme heat prevents service, we'll automatically reschedule within 7 days at no extra cost. Your lawn care is guaranteed - we won't skip your service!
Absolutely! We stand behind every service. If you're not satisfied with our work, let us know within 24 hours and we'll make it right - whether that means a return visit or adjustment. Your satisfaction is our priority!
We recommend fertilizing in spring and fall at minimum (included in Healthy Lawn package). For best results, monthly fertilization (8x/year) gives you that thick, lush green lawn - included in our Curb Appeal and Showcase packages. All fertilizers are organic and slow-release.
Aeration breaks up compacted soil so air, water, and nutrients can reach grass roots. We recommend fall aeration at minimum (included in Curb Appeal package). For problem lawns, spring AND fall aeration gives maximum results - included in Showcase package. Only $70 standalone or $63 with mowing!
We provide professional deck/porch repair, general carpentry, door installation, trim and molding work, and custom woodwork. Our rate is $85/hour with a $45 estimate fee (waived if hired). We handle everything from minor repairs to major renovations!
Gutter cleaning pricing is based on building size and stories. Single-level: $100-265, Two-story: $135-295. We clean all gutters and downspouts, remove leaves/debris, flush downspouts, and check for proper drainage and damage.
